So easy to make and so yummy...vegan, too!
Recipe from Coco Lopez:
½ cup Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 (0.7-ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
In small jar with tight-fitting lid or bowl, combine
ingredients; mix well. Chill to blend flavors. Stir before serving.
